I just ate at this place, it’s right up the street from my house. Amazing dumplings and a great homemade, from-the-hip vibe made this place an obvious choice for one to become a regular. Eton himself is charming and attentive, and the dipping sauces make for a fun experience enhancing the already great dumplings. Try the gingered black vinegar or the thick plum sauce.
Oh, and don’t freak out when you’re handed 20oz of neon-colored ice.
