Wine from Soleara in Rochester. One of the best cabs I’ve ever had. If you try it, make sure you decant first. It’s 14.5% alcohol and is a little hot when you first pop the cork.
If you’re ever in Rochester, check out this wine bar. It’s on Gregory and South in the South Wedge and is a nice sophisticated alternative to all the hipster, pub, and white-hat bars.
